    OSR Physical Therapy Presents: Sportsmetrics™ ACL Prevention ProgramEntering Grades 7-12Sportsmetrics™ is the first training program scientifically proven to improve neuromuscular problems in athletes by increasing hamstring strength and teaching athletes how to land from a jump and cut/pivot in safe positions, with proper body positioning. The program is considered to be the gold standard in ACL prevention programs, and additionally has been proven to improve both power and agility in young athletes. Backed in science, it is a six-week jump training program that meets two times per week on alternating days. Each session is 45 minutes in length and includes the following components: dynamic warm-up, plyometrics/jump training, speed and agility training, flexibility training, pre- and post-video analysis.     White Hawks Summer Strength & Conditioning ProgramThe White Hawks Summer Strength & Conditioning program will combine ground-based multi-joint lifts (bench, squat, cleans), cave-man training (battle ropes, tires, Iron Man/Woman, etc.), sprint mechanics, plyometrics, and agility development.
