White Hawks High School Cross Country Summer Training Program
Entering Grades 8-12
Summer training is the foundation for a great cross-country running season! Concentration will be placed on endurance training, neuromuscular fitness and classroom instruction. Participants are not required, but are strongly encouraged, to attend as many training sessions as possible for an optimal experience. Varsity Coach Chris Humbert and MWHS Cross Country Staff will be directing these sessions each day. A training shirt will be given out to participants.
***Participants are encouraged to attend at least three sessions per week unless they are out of town***
