Fall Session | Westonka White Hawks Youth Soccer (Ages 3-8)

Westonka White Hawks Youth Soccer | Fall Session Ages 3-8 Westonka White Hawks Youth Soccer is designed to introduce your student to the basics of soccer. Students will be placed on teams based on their age groups and a White Hawks t-shirt is included! Each session will focus on skill development, with some sessions including 4 v 4 or 5 v 5 scrimmages with mini nets and small fields. Since this is an introduction to soccer, we want to stress fun and skill development, not competition. Our coaches will be there each week to help your athlete along the way. Soccer balls are provided, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. Play with your Westonka friends and begin your journey as a White Hawk! Parents - get involved as a volunteer coach! White Hawks Youth Tennis The White Hawks Youth Tennis Program features participants playing on shorter courts, with smaller rackets, and with slower moving, lower-bouncing tennis balls. Participants will play tennis made just for them so that they have a great time and want to keep playing and improving. Ice Skating/Figure Skating | Learn to Skate Lessons Ages 4-13 Experience the joy of skating at one of the best Ice Rinks in Minnesota! Make memories with your friends as you begin the tradition of lacing up your skates at Thaler Sports Center. Westonka High School Club Sports | Boys & Girls Bowling (Grades 7-12)

Westonka High School Club Sports | Boys & Girls Bowling (Grades 7-12) Instructor Lisa Noor Westonka High School Bowling is open to students in Grades 7–12 and welcomes all skill levels. Coaches will teach fundamentals to beginners and advanced skills to experienced bowlers. Practices are held Wednesdays from 4:30 – 6:30 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 –10:30 am at Country Club Lanes in Tonka Bay. Matches begin in September and run through early December on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Fridays at 3:50 PM in Tonka Bay, New Prague, Shakopee, or Belle Plaine. Students must provide their own transportation and purchase a jersey. Bowling balls and shoes are provided. Participants can earn a varsity letter and awards. Westonka Hockey Rookie Camp (Ages 4 - 13)

Westonka Hockey Rookie Camp Rookie Camp is designed for kids who have not previously played association hockey and is open to all ages. Each 40 minute session includes an introduction to hockey, basic skating instruction, skill development, and fun games to keep participants engaged. While completing a Learn to Skate program or having prior skating experience is recommended, it is not required to join. Protective equipment is available for use during the camp, and if the child continues with Westonka Youth Hockey, the equipment may be rented for a small fee for the rest of the season. Skaters are required to bring their own skates, undergarments, and mouthguard. Each participant will receive a shirt, jersey, socks, and stick, and will be invited to a celebratory pizza party following the final session. Westonka Youth Football | Flag Football League Entering Grades 3 & 4 Grades 3 & 4 Flag Football begins Tuesday, August 19 at 6:00 pm.
