    Individual or Group Volleyball Training Sessions Coach Abbie Navickas specializes in individualized training for volleyball players ages 11-18. Sessions include, but are not limited to focused work on serving, hitting, setting, passing/defense, and blocking. If you would like to book a one-hour session, please contact Abbie Navickas at asiljendahl@gmail.com to complete the enrollment. #5253-A22W $70/hour for individual __________________ #5253-B22W $60/hour per individual for two or more players Abbie Navickas moved back to Minnesota following a very successful playing and coaching career in Kentucky. Her playing career started as a high school and club player in Naperville, IL. After high school, Abbie received a four-year athletic scholarship from Western Kentucky University and went on as an all-around OH/RS hitter. While starting all four-years, her team made two NCAA Tournament appearances and was twice named to the Sunbelt Conference All Tournament team, and was the MVP in her senior year. Following her playing career, Abbie stayed on at Western Kentucky University for two years as an assistant coach. While coaching at WKU, the team made two NCAA tournament appearances. Since 2011, Abbie has been coaching club volleyball, providing private lessons and specialized skills clinics from third grade to the collegiate level. She was coaching at the Shakopee Volleyball Association for the last two years before moving to Spring Park & now coaching in the Westonka area. Abbie enjoys specializing in the individual growth of volleyball player she coaches. Abbie still enjoys playing competitively around the metro area.

    White Hawks Youth Volleyball Clinic Grades K-6 This Spring volleyball clinic is designed to improve players' fundamental skills in passing, setting, attacking and serving. Head Westonka Volleyball Coach Ashley Schroeder will lead players through drills and games to improve their basic skills, and increase players' knowledge and passion for the game.
