    Babysitter Safety Training Ages 11 and older Boys and girls ages 11 and up learn skill training and information that is necessary in caring for infants and children in this American Health & Safety Institute accredited program. This program will teach the importance of responsibility, recognizing an emergency, emergency action steps, personal safety, fire and water safety, infant/child/ basic care, and also responding to an unconscious victim, CPR, choking management and basic First Aid. Upon successful completion participants will earn the American Health & Safety Institute Child and Babysitting Safety certification card.     Junior Afterschool Farmers Grades 1 - 4 Join the Gale Woods Farmers for four weeks of Spring farming fun! Participants will help Spring planting, care for farm animals, and explore the gardens. They will also enjoy the farm through hikes, wagon rides, games and more! New activities are planned each session. Classes are taught by the farm educators of Gale Woods Farm, a program of Three Rivers Park District. All students MUST be transported to and from Gale Woods Farm each week - Busing is NOT provided. At the first class, students will create their pieces of art, and at the second class (after the project is fired in the kiln) students will decorate and glaze their project. Projects will be ready approximately one week after the second class and will be passed back to the students during the school day.
