    Fitness Bootcamp**This class is designed to push you. Participants should come prepared for an intense workout** Not for the faint of heart! If you are looking for a total body workout that will continue to push you out of your comfort zone and maximize your time, then this is the class for you!     Functional Interval Training (FIT)This athletic-based cardio class will focus on intervals of functional cardio movements and strength training designed to increase flexibility, strength, and endurance for our daily living activities. We will challenge all muscle groups with squats, presses, lifts and curls using hand weights and resistance bands. This will be combined with intervals of cardio training for a healthy heart. Interval training is a fun, effective workout that will burn calories and improve your overall fitness.     Yoga FlowThis class stars out in stillness and progresses to a flow where postures are linked with breath to develop strength, flexibility and focus while realigning the mind and nervous system into balance, and ending with relaxation. Inversions and back bends will be introduced with modifications. Best suited for those with at least two months yoga experience.
