Led by MWHS Boys Soccer Head Coach Manuel Jordan and his Fall coaching staff, the goal of the Summer Training program is to prepare incoming and current players for the upcoming Fall high school season. Twice per week during June and July, it is designed to help players improve their game by working on individual skills and applying them to game situations. Every session will have components designed to develop solid fundamentals, team and positional awareness, all while improving conditioning.
This is a Co-ed program, where girls will train in their own group, separate from the boys. The program is intended for players who are looking to play high school soccer in the Fall, including incoming eighth grade players.
Coach Manuel has been coaching high school soccer at MWHS for over 10 years. He has been the Head Coach for over five years. In 2022, the coaching staff guided the team to its best record and first Conference title.
