The Westonka Community Preschool is a school readiness program, emphasizing activities in all areas of growth and learning.
is recommended for all children when they reach age three years. It's purpose is to affirm a child's development and identify any early needs for educational assistance, and is also a requirement for kindergarten enrollment.
We offer a 4-week class for new parents and their infants 0-12 months where we'll talk about all the developmental milestones and the joys and concerns of raising an infant.

this lcass is designed for children and their parents. It is for children who are almost three years old or who have already turned three but are not yet ready for preschool.
We offer our two year old's the opportunity to have a child-only day, and for our two year old's who are older and ready to separate, we have a Two Dayer class for 33+ months and their caregiver.
We have several family events that allow children of mixed ages and their families to interact together.
Toddlers are movers and shakers and we offer weekly classes that give them the opportunity to do so while you learn valuable information how to help your young learner grow and develop. These are parent-child classes for toddlers ages 13-23 months.
We offer weekly classes that are gradually separating for parents and their two year olds.

Instructor Lucy Davis
As a band director, Lucy Davis enjoyed a successful career in both public and private schools for over 30 years, working with students of varied ages and abilities in all areas of band performance and staged musicals. With degrees in both music education and performance, Lucy has served as a state-level music contest judge, taught private studio lessons, and been a licensed athletic coach as well. Meeting each student where they are while developing the joy of making music as well as the technique, skill, and musical understanding to reach their musical goals is one of her aims as an educator. As an active performer specializing in brass, Lucy continues to play in both community and professional settings. There will be no make-up lessons for missed classes, unless it is a weather or instructor related cancellation.
