  • Adult Enrichment | Sourdough Bread Making (Ages 16 & up)

    Sourdough Bread Making Instructor Lorraine Helferich The class will start you in the first steps of preparing the dough. You will take your dough home to finish proofing and bake the next day. Sourdough starter will be provided, along with bread flour and a few other items to take home. You will need to bring a large glass bowl and a digital scale to class. To finish your bread at home you will need a Dutch oven or something similar, a cotton towel (not terry cloth), a very sharp knife or razor blade and parchment paper.
