  • Beginning & Intermediate Spanish II for Adult Learners

Beginning & intermediate Spanish II for Adult Learners This course is designed as a continuation of Beginning Spanish One, allowing students who completed the Winter session to further develop their Spanish fluency. However, new students with little or no prior experience are also welcome, as the first class will include a comprehensive review of Beginning Spanish One to ensure everyone is on track. This class is also well-suited for intermediate learners looking to strengthen their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Throughout the session, we will continue working on verb conjugation in the simple present and introduce simple past conjugations. Additionally, students will engage in short readings, essay writing, interactive videos, role-playing activities, dialogues, games, and songs - all designed to enhance fluency in an engaging and dynamic way. We will be using the Spanish Verb Tense Workbook: Beginner by Robert Melick and Bernal Herrera Gomez, edited by Mariana Lara Albert. Join us this spring for a fun and immersive Spanish-learning experience! Thursdays, March 20 - May 15 (not meeting April 17) 5:00 - 6:30 pm Westonka Activity Center | Conference Room #2177-B25W $165
