  • Middle School Strength Training

    Come join us in the weight room for Middle School Weight Training. This class will focus on proper form and techniques of weight lifting exercises in a safe environment. Participants will start with basic exercises to learn to execute proper form with correct the body positions. Athletes will progress in exercises when they can safely demonstrate the ability to correctly perform the prescribed movements. The goal of this class is to teach athletes how to lift weights safely with proper technique.   • Sports Are For Everyone (S.A.F.E.)

    Sports Are For Everyone (S.A.F.E.) is an all inclusive program for participants with special needs and their friends to experience sports and activities together in a fun environment. S.A.F.E. is an hour long program with a different sport highlighted each night. Athletes are able to learn the basic rules and skills of the sport through drills and activities. Each night will conclude with a fun game to highlight that particular sport.
