ADVENTURE CLUB MORNING Swim lessonsSix to Eight Year old | Intermediate levelThis level is for a swimmer who can submerge their head voluntarily, float on their front and back unassisted, has an understanding of freestyles with rotary breathing, and can swim backstroke. Swimmers will learn: freestyle swimming with rhythmic breathing (10 yards), backstroke (10 yards), fundamentals of elementary backstroke, introductions to, scissors kick, dolphin kick, breaststroke arms & kick, and the foundation of diving off the wall.
