Big Man OL/DL Camp Entering Grades 7-12 The Westonka Football Big Man OL/DL Camp is a three-day camp for Grades 7-12, dedicated to offensive and defensive lineman. Focused on fundamentals, footwork, technique, and speed, players will receive high level instructor through drills, competitions and one on one coaching. Developmental Camp Entering Grades 5-8 Instructors - MWHS Football coaches This FULL-PADDED developmental camp will focus on specific position play, offensive and defensive schemes and fundamentals used on special teams taught within the Westonka Football Program. Players will learn the base plays of the Westonka offense, base fronts, and coverages on defense. Participants will be grouped according to age and/or ability level. Passing Academy | Specialist Positions only QB, RB, WR, TE Entering Grades 5-12 The Westonka Football Passing Academy is a three-day, non-contact camp for Grades 5-12, focused on QB, RB, WR, and TE positions. Players will develop fundamentals, strategies and skills through progressive coaching. Grouped by age, position, and experience, participants will learn and grow as athletes. MWHS Hawkettes Dance Summer Training Program Grades 7 - 12 Hawkettes Dance Team Summer Training offers practices for current members and students in Grades 7 - 12 interested in joining. Tae Kwon Do Ages 7 - Adult instructor Master Fred Baker Master instructor Fred Baker is a Seventh Degree Black Belt and certified instructor with Song Moo Kwan and the World Taekwondo Federation. Participants of all ages can benefit from this traditional Korean Martial Art. Students will learn self defense techniques, develop self confidence, and experience the mental and physical benefits of training. Our class offers students a well-rounded training program to develop the body, mind and spirit. This is a great class for parents and children to experience together.
