    Bodacious Brunch Buffet with Chef Jeff Sandino Students will begin with tender scones riddled with fresh berries and white chocolate. There will be the quintessential fresh fruit salad with a delightful dip. Featured are succulent crab cakes blended with fresh vegetables, herbs and spices, then lightly breaded and sauteed to perfection. You'll learn to prepare quiche using a delicious combination of meats and cheeses baked in a flaky pastry crust. Also, the classic Eggs Benedict, poached eggs with tender Canadian bacon served on toasted English muffins with a velvety Hollandaise sauce. French toast follows using fresh baked croissants soaked in a rich bath of eggs and milk, sauteed to a honey brown crispness with pure maple syrup.     Cook Along: Homemade Falafel and Mediterranean Wraps with Homemade Pita Bread Have some fun participating in this virtual COOK-ALONG class as we combine the use of the Instant Pot® with conventional cooking to create two wonderfully nutritious and delicious wraps. Choose one for your cook-along, and watch a demonstration of the other or if you like create both! The recipe options for this class are Homemade Falafel and Mediterranean Kebabi Wraps. We will also be making homemade pita bread and sauces all from scratch. We will be using the Instant Pot® for a portion the cooking process as we create the falafel. The remainder of the cooking will be conventional. “Kebabi” are a type of “Kebab.” We will be creating our own version of Kebabi infused with mild spices and herbs, shaped in a way you could never imagine! These are all delicious recipes that will become family favorites guaranteed! Make lasting memories in your kitchen if you decide to have your children, your spouse or your partner join you! Have your questions answered by the instructor, interact with other participants as you cook along, and increase your confidence in using your electric pressure cooker and your conventional cooking skills. While cooking-along is loads of fun, it is optional. Included in this fee is a copy of the instructor’s personal recipes and preparation guide professionally created in PDF format. Participants will receive a list of ingredients in advance of the class to allow time for shopping. This class will take place on Zoom, a free online software.     Instant Pot® Cook Along: BBQ the Whole Year Through! Have some fun participating in this virtual Instant Pot® COOK-ALONG class! In this class, we will discover the wonders of enjoying the flavor of BBQ throughout the year. Two BBQ dishes will be made during this class in addition to a side. Choose one for your cook-along, and watch a demonstration of the other or if you have a second Instant Pot® on hand, and want to make both, please do! The BBQ recipe for this class are BBQ Pulled Chicken and Carnitas, a Mexican-style taco with a smoky BBQ flavor. In addition, a potato salad side will be created. All delicious recipes are made with ingredients that are probably already on hand. Experience how these culinary creations are made in a fraction of the time, and how they are taken to another level, and using the Instant Pot®.     Tess Georgakopoulos has been cooking for well over 40 years, since she was roughly six years old. Born into a Greek family, the art of cooking traditional meals using one's senses rather than recipes and measurements was passed on from one generation to the next. Her father was also a trained chef who brought the magic of food to life in another form on the weekends as they cooked elaborate family meals together. Food prepared from the heart, with one's own hands and creativity was, and continues to be an expression of love in her home. As an added bonus, Tess has created a private group on Facebook exclusively for participants of her cooking classes. Everyone will receive an invite to the group although joining is optional. The group will provide an opportunity for members to ask questions, share their own creations, interact with other participants and support each other on their Instant Pot journey. Come join the fun!     The Art of Sushi with Chef Jeff Sandino Come explore the world of sushi as you create this Japanese delicacy yourself. We'll begin by preparing the coveted sushi rice, then you'll learn to art of "nigiri-sushi," hand molded rice) topped with shrimp, unagi, and ahi tuna. You'll then learn how to prepare "maki-sushi," using a bamboo mat to roll rice with various fillings in and around nori (seaweed sheets). Options and accompaniments will include surimi, cucumber, avocado, cream cheese, teriyaki chicken, tempura onions, spicy mayo, eel sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger and soy sauce.
