    Driver's Education Ages 14-1/2 to 18 years old Virtual class format This class includes 30 hours of classroom instruction. Students must attend every session; state law requires 30 hours of classroom instruction to receive their White Card. After completing this course, students sign up with a commercial driving school and receive a Blue Card needed before taking the permit test. After passing the permit test, students take six hours of Behind-the-Wheel instruction at a cost of approximately $330 - $350 through a commercial driving school. Drivers Education Manuals will be available for pick up beginning June 21 in the vestibule of the Educational Service Center (the building across from MWHS) Monday - Thursday from 8 am - 4 pm. Please have paper, a pencil, and your manual prepared for each class. Instructor Pam Garvais is certified by the State Board of Education and the MN Department of Transportation.
