GED Preparation General Education Development (GED) is a self-paced program designed to help you study and prepare to take the GED test. GED is available for ages 16 years and older. Please note, 16 & 17 year olds will need an age waiver with parent consent and not be enrolled in high school (16 year old students are required to wait until age 17 to take test). Students 18 and older can take tests without restrictions. The GED credential increases opportunities for employment, job advancement, and further education. Purchase a take home kit and create a beautiful barn quilt pattern on a 14" x 14" reclaimed wood pallet. Locally sourced by craftsman and farmer, Josh Reinitz of East Henderson Farm, each pallet has a unique quality. The wood is truly reclaimed, meaning each pallet will be completely individual with flaws, such as nail holes and small dings. The wood has been carefully selected, pre-sanded, and assembled.     CPR / AED and First Aid Certification Would you know what to do in a cardiac, breathing, or First Aid emergency? The right action can help save a life! With an emphasis on hands-on learning, this First Aid / CPR / AED course gives you the skills to save a life. Training meets OSHA's Best Practices for Workplace First Aid training for the infant, child and adult. Skills include how to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies in all ages, CPR, use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED) and choking. First Aid will include wounds, and bandaging, burns, head, muscle, bone and joint injuries, heat and cold emergencies, poisonings and sudden illnesses.
